Herbal blend for stress in the child bearing year | 30 servings

Motherhood starts long before birth, and so does the stress that can come with it.

If you’re feeling like an overstimulated mom already, experiencing burnt out symptoms, or even struggling with pregnancy aggression, this soothing herbal blend is designed to bring some relief, and make your pregnancy experience a little more bright.

Made with nourishing herbs for stress and pregnancy support, it helps ease tension, calm nerves, and promote a more calming pregnancy experience.

Designed as a nourishing infusion, not just a tea—this blend supports both mama & baby, so you can feel more balanced, clear minded, and grounded.

Why You'll Love This Blend

🌿 Calms an Overstimulated Mom's Mind – Lemon balm and chamomile work side by side to ease tension, reduce stress, promote deep relaxation and restful sleep.
🌿 Nourishes and Strengthens the Body – Nettle (high in A, C, K, and B vitamins) and red raspberry leaf provide essential nutrients to support a healthy pregnancy, brain, and body. Red raspberry is historically known to help strengthen the uterus, and regulate hormones.
🌿 Supports Emotional Balance – Milky oat tops help regulate stress on a deep, cellular level, and support overall nervous system health. While tulsi is an adaptogen that helps regulate cortisol, the stress hormone which is naturally higher during pregnancy.
🌿 Hydrates and Supports Circulation – Red raspberry leaf and nettle are both rich in minerals. Specifically magnesium, iron, and calcium.—all helping improve circulation, deep tissue hydration, and even uterine tone.
🌿 Great for Daily Use – A gentle, nourishing, and effective infusion. Perfect for stress management, mom burnout recovery, and the moments of overwhelm we all face as mothers.

Tea for Stress and Overstimulation (Pregnancy Blend)

I ordered Hanna’s Tea for Stress and Overstimulation (Pregnancy Blend) and it’s honestly one of the best herbal teas I’ve tried. You can tell it’s made with really high-quality herbs—sourced intentionally, not just tossed together. The flavor is clean and gentle, and it actually feels supportive, not just like a warm drink. It’s been such a calming go-to on those overstimulating days (hello, loud house + full to-do list). I love that it’s safe for pregnancy, but it’s honestly perfect for any season where your nervous system needs a break. You can just feel the care Hanna puts into her blends. She’s a mom too, so she knows what we’re carrying—and that makes a BIG difference.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for something truly nourishing and supportive during your pregnancy!

I’ll be drinking this all summer!

I tried it iced! So refreshing. Next, I will try it with coconut water mixed in as a sort of tropical cocktail. Love it.

Ohhh that sounds amazing! I like to add coconut milk, and a little honey to make a nouishing herbal mocktail
