A Game Changer

I have a sweet 8mo barnacle (aka baby). This lavender cocoa blend has become absolutely essential for my evening routine. I've noticed a huge difference in the level I relax. The chaos of bedtime doesn't hit the same and I can respond with more love and patience than before. Every BODY is different, but I would compare the level of relaxation with a small glass of wine at night.

Brewing it is a calming ritual in itself. I add honey, a pinch of salt, and ghee or coconut oil and I feel the warm coziness of nourishment.

Plus, it's giving me pleasant dreams. I had one that provided some womb healing from our birth experience. It helped to clear some negative energy.

The only problem is... I'm not sure how I'll ever go to bed without it again.
